Found someone from RealGM interested in taking on the Wiz. He told me he has over 3 years of FBB experience, so he's a good choice to turn around the Wizards quickly!

Welcome to the league. It is great to have a GM with experience enter the league.
The Wiz aren't as bad as it might seem. You have a few decent young players still on rookie deals, and a couple guys who could likely be shipped off to contending teams if you wanted.
There are lots of quality veteran GMs around for you to bounce ideas off of, myself included. Don't hesitate to ask anyone for help or advice!

Thanks bro. I'm changing some positions of my players around and then probably back once a deal is made. Take a look at Alberto Garces. He's not an All Star, but for a team looking for a floor general, he's perfect. I'm looking for a SF so I can move Archie Back to SG.

I obviously made him well aware of his team's situation and the fact that he is missing next 2 picks.

I have my 1st next season and I just traded my expiring center for Cleveland's 1st this year. Replaced Garrett with an equally-as-good center in Manuel Day.

You do not have your first next season, as I said. It says you have it but the system won't let you not have two consecutive first-round picks. Both were traded to me a few years ago.

It'll be able to be formally traded now that you have the 2057 CLE 1st.

just wanted to make sure he is aware of it. we had too many gms entering in here and selling all their assets before noticing that it won't help their current team but others.

I'm trying to motivate him to shoot 40% this season.

At least he had one with Vaughn just a couple days ago. Much more respectable shooter than Laetner.
Not gonna lie, I think I might have to find out where he is getting these from so I can get one....you know, for a day or two before I trade half my team again.
