I think that instead of each team having 12 hours (which ends up taking a very long time), we should just give the entire league 48 hours to make a claim.  Then if multiple teams put in a claim before 48 hours is up, the player goes to the highest priority team who put in a claim.

But when thinking of who will be hitting the waivers, it will be only players who led their team in PPG, so I dont expect all the time to have bottom-level teams passing up on these guys.

yeah true, but I think Jefferson is going to be next on waivers, and he very well could be rejected by all 28 teams.
