Heat Receive: De?Aaron Fox via the Kings from this deal: http://rbslforums.phillyarena.net/index.php?topic=22638.0
Lakers Receive: Miami 94 1st and Denver 94 1st

Trade 2: Lakers - Bulls
Lakers Receive: Portland 94 1st Top-3 Protected (If Portland Jumps then deal is voided)
Bulls Receive: Denver 94 1st (via trade 1 above)

No TPEs needed as the Heat are under the soft cap.

Bulls Accept.
