10  Legacy (RBSL) / Free Agency (RBSL) / Re: 2075 FA Days 5-8 on: August 03, 2016, 10:18:40 AM
Don't think we can sim this many days at once at this point in FA. Clear reason why everyone took the min. Must be when guys go "oh this is the market for me time to accept."

This.

I'm interested to see if this holds true as well.
My suggestion would be a flex schedule.
Sim until a significant number of guys sign and then stop.
As you get further into FA season, you could sim more and more days at a time.
I'm guessing this would result in about 7 FA days or so.

4 days is a nice balance.  A few guys sign and then you have a chance to reload and go after the next group.

Pacers Receive:
2075 5th Overall pick

Celtics Receive:
Pacers 2077 1st Round Pick
Pacers 2078 1st Round Pick

Accept.  78 1st is FC until after the draft.

This is obviously borderline (no FC normally) but since it is literally rolling after the draft, it's acceptable.  That is as far as I will stretch it (technically the beginning of 75 but the 3 year out picks don't show up on the page yet.)

I think this makes sense and still keeps the spirit of the 3 year rule alive.
