I have decided at the end of this next season that I am going to step down as the Bucks GM.

Over the last season or two I have lost some interest in this league even though it is run extremely well. I'll go through one more off-season, and playoffs I hope and after that I'll be stepping down.

No this does not mean Fuller is available, I'll leave that up to the next GM if he wants to resign him or not. He'll be able to build a whole new team with his contract coming off the books if he wants.

This will also give you one whole season to find a new GM.

This is a sad announcement, Ozzy has been here since pretty close to the beginning if not the beginning....always a good guy, always plenty active, good contributor to the league and no hassles.

Thanks for the advanced notice, should give plenty of time to find a successor.

Good luck to you in the future.

Never had the pleasure to deal with the BucksGM though trades etc. but he's been an active and successful GM in this league, certainly a loss to the RBSL to see him go.  All the best to ya Ozzy.

Start sending PM's to NetsGM for Kennedy, it always makes me feel better.   Wink

Tell your buddy Jeff that he has to wait until next offseason. I will approve him nonetheless and then do the name changes after Ozzy's departure.

Also, there has not been a NewBucksGM or anything close try to register, did he mess it up?

Glad that Jeff is eager to get started, but it's still Ozzy's team. I have PM'ed Ozzy (cc'd to Jeff) about the possibility of having Jeff serve as an assistant or waiting - being one of our original/near original GM's, we owe it to him to finish things off on his terms and he does want to finish up the year.

If he is willing he can have the team now.

I would of liked to finish off the season but I also know it's hard to find GM's to take over teams these days and I wouldn't want to have him have to wait a whole season.

Fuller is his... Haha

OK, Oz....fair enough. Will put a hold on the draft until he registers (Nick says he hasnt seen it yet) and then let him pick. You've been a great GM around here, appreciate all the time you've put in and always being solid.

Dan, please give him the heads up?
