2082 2nd Round Pick options (NO LONGER NEEDED)

2nd Round Pick Option Rule:

Options Available:
1 - You can cut him without any penalty or salary staying on your roster
2 - You can sign him to a 1 year minimum contract with no bird rights
3 - You can sign him to a 2 year minimum contract with no bird rights
4 - You can sign him to a 3 year contract: 2 years at the minimum, 3rd year at $1.5mil with full 4-year bird rights

Must be announced before Sim 1, or the player's contract defaults to Option 3.

This isn't the rule anymore.  Just cut a 2nd rounder in program (and post on forum) whenever you want, there's 0 penalty in the program itself.  By the end of the second year you have an option to extend for the third year.
