I think he's a 3. He's a good communicator but his in-game strategy and substitution patterns are poor. And he doesn't seem to have any plays coming out of a time-out. I think his time-outs are just pep talks, but no set plays unless they run their signature pick-and-roll.

Agreed. Great motivator, and can get his guys to play hard for him every night (almost). Horrible play creator and play caller, horrible substitutions.

Basically what I was going to say verbatim.

I am guessing the same guy who voted a "no" for Elton Brand's hall bid.

Grin

I can't even see the options, but since I'm too family/work/sim-obsessed (not always in that order) that I don't even get around to watching games, I can't say I really give a sh!t.

Well he needs work on how to use timeouts. Watching Dirk hit three after three was fun for me but might have been a good idea to stop the run for his team.

"What am I going to do? Lock him in the hotel room?"

Raptors coach Sam Mitchell, scoffing at the idea that Dallas-reared Chris Bosh returning home Tuesday night would actually be more distracting than motivating in the midst of Bosh's slow start to the season.

I vote him 5.
