I am going to do Round 2 at 6 pm Sunday. Get me lists before then.
I want to have a chance to MAYBE finish converting the file on Sunday night so I can get it out. It might take me another day but I want to get it out ASAP to keep the momentum going. There will be a few day gap between that and the first day of FA to let people get acclimated to the new file but I want to get it out as soon as I can.

I'm planning to do FA middle of next week - something like Wednesday or so? I had always intended to do it this weekend but since it's a long holiday weekend in the US we really can't do that with a new game too.
I intend to get the "final" file around on Friday which will be at the FA stage, so everyone will have five days or so to play with FA.
This should be the last delay before we hit FBB3 running - I intend to have a pretty normal schedule after FA begins. There may be an additional day for the first sim but I think that will be it.
