It seems most of the real-life lottery picks in this year's draft have "F" potentials.... (even Wall).

Is that an error just intentional? Can't tell  Huh

Ignore that guys.. That was the way of distinguishing them when created the draft file. When you import the draft file, it automatically changes potentials of players, but if you have the potentials set to 0, then you can still tell who they are.. This will not be what the file looks like.
