If any of the Assistant Gm's want to move up to Full time GM, please leave your message here.

Reasons for stepping down:

-I did poorly in my first semester of University, and need to step up.
-I am not excited about this league...it does not make me happy
-Too much talent in the ratings
-I never understood free agency
-I have the time to check the site, and post depth charts. I dont have the time to discuss trades or sign on MSN.

I am willing to go out and find a GM if you need me to.

Sincerely
 Sad
Suns GM

With that attitude you're probably going to continue to do poorly in university.

You really have to prioritize your time efficiently. Try to be smart with what you spend your time on. (If you work) Do you really need to work that many hours for ur job? How much time do you devote to your school work alone, not school work/MSN/phone/TV simultaneously? Are you in touch with your friends about current homework/assignments? Are you seeking help from TAs/Profs? Is it a matter of not comprehending what is taught in lectures or a matter of simply not having enough time to do the assigned work?

I know it's a lot of questions, but you have to ask yourself those questions to get the solution. I doubt RBSL is your problem Tongue

Sorry to hear that you arent having fun anymore. I work my butt off so that everyone does, unfortunately I cant please all I guess.  Sad

Anyways, if you arent having fun, you are making the right choice, as this is meant for fun.

You also have to put schooling first, that's a given. Anyone can make it through school with hard work, so if you put in the effort the results will come. If I can do it, anyone can  Cheesy

I have one person I have offered the job to, and he is thinking it over and will let me know within 24 hours his final answer. But if you have anyone else in mind, please let me know in case this falls through. Thanks for your time here!

Answering these for fun Wink Thanks for the help.

I dont prioritize. I dont have a job. I work hard for RBS.

How much time do you devote to your school work alone, not school work/MSN/phone/TV simultaneously?

I spend a couple days in the library. Its really just if Im at school I want to study. If Im at home, I cant.

Are you in touch with your friends about current homework/assignments?

Tough to make friends since we (students) all live in different places.

Are you seeking help from TAs/Profs?

Profs are scary. I go to the help room instead.

Is it a matter of not comprehending what is taught in lectures or a matter of simply not having enough time to do the assigned work?

Instead of returning home after school, I will probably stay at school longer this semester. In order to catch up, I will take courses in the summer.

I will still be posting on RGM come draft time.
