Lakers were the most improved, since no one else gave a shit about making a push as they were busy sucking East dick. Plenty of great activity, plenty of teams with tons of coin (spend, spend, spend....it's good for our economy), and actual DC submission was a bit over 90%, which is probably the best in the league ever.
