I think ur calculation is off by $125. You pay $500 once for the first 5mil, then $75/mil to the total after. Truthfully we've never clarified the rule - the way Wiz did it is the way I intended the rule to work ($500 base for first $5m for EACH YEAR cut) but I think the way Todd did it is the way it's been enforced.
