Lakers trade: Lafrentz Majerle Cronin Coles $300 Grizz '68 2nd To the Kings for: Hickey Lakers agree. Risk trade, with Hickey shooting so poorly this year. But I'm hedging my bets that he's due to calibrate and have a huge second half. Lafrentz is a greaaatttt backup, but he just can't translate it when starting....too bad. Real draft, schmaft. No restrictions, works in the checker. Gonna try some plug and play guys in Coles and LaFrentz and see what I can do to turn this lineup around a bit. Going all in with this group for this year and next. Hickey isn't my perfect SG, but he's pretty damn good. I get good rebounding elsewhere, and he's a better shooter than he has been. Also, takes pressure off Summitt as a scorer, controls the ball better than any other 2 I've had for years, and makes me pretty deep offensively and defensively. Should be fun.
