This is now part of a 5 way trade. Long story short, here is all that needs to be done: Andre Williamson Preston Mihalik 69 Celtics 1st for Albie Charles Craig Cummings No TPE needed. Detailed explanation: Technically the deal is Fleisher, Mihalik, Williamson, 1st for Cummings and Charles. Then Fleisher gets flipped to the Jazz for nothing. (Jazz pays $500 TPE) This saves me from having to pay TPE because the salaries now match in this deal.
