Late again due to wedding/vacation time but here goes. In regards to the end of last year, Wolves had the biggest wins jump at 21, with Pistons and Hawks not far behind. You can now extend/cut/change loyalty/etc. up until the end of the playoffs. Deadline is the time that we are going to sim the lottery. Previously, the deadline was sim12 because players would immediately offer extensions - so you would need to get all your extending/cutting/loyalty/etc. spend done before that. I realized last night - since all extensions are mid-season now, this rule is unneeded. So if you forgot to make a bank spend, and you need to, you have until the lotto.
