I'm seriously sick of explaining this to extremely veteran GMs. "oh is there a restriction? What is it?" You do this pretty much every trade you're a part of. Check the transaction log for your guys. Add 60 days. Crisis averted. To be clear - if someone checks and says "Hey Chris, I think it can be processed on Day 51, please confirm so I can plan" - I am 100% OK with that. I am not going to do the legwork for you though unless you're a pretty new GM. |

Except your trade doesn't work here, because here, one of these guys was traded on day "0" (that is, AFTER Day 5 of FA). So, you add 60 days to day 0, and it can be processed on Day 60 (or, Day 61).
This will be processed on Day 61.

Right, but it doesn't include a "Day 0" or even "After Day 5". But you add 60 days and get to Day 60. |
