Team bank notes to close out '66 as we enter '67...
-Submission was 84% overall, slightly down from last year (mostly due to newbies Bucks and Pistons). 7 teams earned bonuses for 11 DCs and 9 teams got the bonus for submitting all 12.
-Knicks were most improved, going a massive +17. Bulls, Hawks, and Kings all added 10+ and 9 teams earned the +5 bonus, a few of them being true contenders last year. Congrats as well to the Knicks, Hawks, Kings, and Nuggets for making the playoffs after missing out last year.
-There were 25 in-season trades and 24 off-season trades
