Team bank notes to close out '67 as we enter '68... -Submission was 80% overall, due to a few vet GMs coasting through a pretty boring, tanky season. 3 teams earned bonuses for 11 DCs and 9 teams got the bonus for submitting all 12. -Rockets were most improved due to his switch from full-on tank to champions; +31  . Blazers went +19 and Celtics juuuust missed it by going +14; lots of improvement this year, but also lots of... uninprovement? Deprovement?
