Team bank notes to close out '68 as we enter '69...
-Submission was 82% overall, a 2% improvement.
-Mavs had a pretty nice +19 to become most improved as he turned the corner towards actually winning games. Raptors and Suns both when +17.
Congrats to the Mavs, Raptors, 6ers, and Knicks for making the playoffs after missing out last year.
