Here's the bank as of the end of 69. I'll post an update with where we are following the draft trades, etc soon.
-Submission was 74% overall, an 8% decrease. Way to go Lou.
-Warriors and 6ers both went +15 for the top improved bonus, but it was a pretty stagnant year overall for improvement. The biggest changes were the teams who tanked.
Congrats to the Suns and Blazers for making the playoffs after missing out last year.

Team bank totals entering 2070 are:

76ers   5025
Blazers   1255
Bucks   3190
Bulls   1350
Cavaliers   1680
Celtics   5215
Clippers   3745
Grizzlies   934
Hawks   1510

Spurs   1880

Thunder   845
Twolves   235
Warriors   945

(Note, doesn't take into account the Raps-Wizards loan)

So... there was an error in the spreadsheet. I went back and fixed as much as I could. Basically, it looks like when I inheirited the sheet, the was an error where the 76ers was GAINING any tbd he sent in an offseason trade. Everyone else was fine. He's also the first cell in the sheet... a bit ago I went through to add some functionality and must've dragged down the formula for 76ers offseason TBD. So, a bunch of people had more TBD than they should have had. I apologize to anyone who thought they had more TBD than they actually did and acted accordingly (Jeff :-( ). Sixers probably gained a sizable amount of TBD since this error was affecting him since who knows when, but there isn't much we can do at this point.

With that said... the updated totals:

76ers   2495
Blazers   1445
Bucks   3190
Bulls   1500
Cavaliers   4880
Celtics   5365
Clippers   3745

Kings   -180

Mavericks   3320
Nets   2195
Nuggets   2730
