If Owens finally developes from a prospect to an RBSL player with the Jazz, I call BS!  He exceeded my expectations a ton near the end of the year. Ended up as my 6th man and was pretty efficient for a player with a lot of room to grow. |

I'll be expecting his spectacular conditioning ratings to go down a letter grade each because of the altitude. |
