I might just be asleep but this trade doesn't work.  Puts Clippers over the hard cap.  You cannot trade for a minimum player to go over the HC.  You can sign a minimum player off FA to go over the hard cap.  Cannot do this. Clipps needs to send someone back to stay under the HC if he wants to do this.
