Completion of Blazers / Kings

As per this trade:  http://rbslforums.phillyarena.net/index.php?topic=20436.0, the Trail Blazers get the Sacramento 2084 1st from the Wizards via this trade: http://rbslforums.phillyarena.net/index.php?topic=20375.0

There is no need for Adam to accept, as he had previously accepted the trade.  This is just a reminder of the need to transfer the Kings 2084 1st from the Wizards to the Blazers.
