Sixers send:

Matt Chafin
Andre McDonald
Conditional 87 first round (addressed below)

Houston Sends:

Van Davis
Maurice Smith
Wade Baldwin

Condition on the 87 first

If Van Davis Does not exercise his Player option to void final year of contract or if Wade Baldwin offers a contract extension then the Sixers send 87 first. If neither condition triggers the Sixers instead send 89 first.
