Preseason Cuts Thread

For the manual preseason you need to get down to 15 players.  But some people have more than 15 and want to see their players get some minutes in manual preseason before making a final decision.

This will work as follows.  If you want to, you can cut (JUST FOR PRESEASON ONLY) anyone you want (even a starter) by posting it in this thread.  DO NOT CUT THAT PLAYER IN GAME.  I will process it in the preseason-only file, and revert back to the pre-cuts file for Sim1.  It will be as if that player was never cut.

In case trades will be processed before preseason I would also ask you to:
Deactivate Sal Cao and activate Malik Monk with 24 minutes at SG.
Deactivate Vladan Istvanic and Dragan Bender.
