Needed to shore up depth at SG/SF and this does it for me. I like Gale over Sturgell or Lauvergne .Biasone was looking at only getting 10-15 mpg for me and was going to be competing with Mitch McGary.

Cole Ferry is a much-needed improvement on Van Exel if I was to get a backcourt injury this year.  I also drop Van Exel's $1.5mil contract next year which doesn't hurt.

yeah we loosened this rule up a few season back to allow these deals up until the season starts.

Was just making sure I wasn't somehow missing something - was 99% sure this was a S&T, I knew the rule was "until day 1," just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something keeping it from being a S&T somehow...
