Detailed explanation:
Technically the deal is Fleisher, Mihalik, Williamson, 1st for Cummings and Charles.
Then Fleisher gets flipped to the Jazz for nothing. (Jazz pays $500 TPE)
This saves me from having to pay TPE because the salaries now match in this deal.
(I still get $1000 from the Jazz from that other deal)
